Refund and Cancellation Policy

If your order hasn’t shipped:
Go to Your Orders.
Click Cancel Items.
If you plan to cancel multiple items, select the check box next to each item you wish to remove from the order. If you wish to cancel the entire order, select all of the items.
Click Cancel checked items when finished.
After submitting the cancellation request, we’ll send you a confirmation message along with the refund details to the e-mail address on your account.
You can also confirm that the order was canceled by visiting Your Orders. If you see the order in the Cancelled Orders section, it was successfully canceled.
If your order has shipped:
Go to Your Orders.
Click on Request Cancellation button.
A refund will be initiated once the request is processed and in case you’re still contracted for delivery, please refuse the delivery.
If your order consists of multiple shipments, then select the item(s) you wish to cancel and if multiple items are shipped in a single shipment, then clicking on ‘Request Cancellation’ button will cancel your entire order.
If you’re unable to view the button, then please contact us.
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within five (5) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Complete Package, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Broken Items
- Damaged Items
- Used Items

- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- Items Once Used Can not be Returned or Refunded
